I contacted Matt to detail my BMW X5 after purchasing it interstate and needing it ready before travelling just before Christmas with my young family. Matt was fantastic from start to finish.

He’s friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator — always prompt and clear. Despite the busy Christmas period, he fit the job into his schedule and even came out to inspect the car and provide a fair, reasonable quote beforehand.

Although I wasn’t there during the clean, Matt sent through before-and-after photos, which made me feel completely confident in the work and like I was there the whole time. He also referred me to another local small business owner to help with a minor interior repair, which was a great touch.
