INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS
INTERPRETATION

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural

DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

Company (referred to as either “the Company” , “We”, & “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to MATT’S MOBILE CAR DETAILING ADELAIDE.
Services refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Services mean a request by You to purchase Services from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to MATT’S MOBILE CAR DETAILING ADELAIDE, accessible from https://mattsmobilecardetailingadelaide.com.au/
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Initiated means the act of completing the payment via electronic payment services or cash. For electronic processes eg bank transfer – this does not mean the payment has been completely transferred into the accounts of MATT’S MOBILE CAR DETAILING ADELAIDE – it just means the customer has completed the action.
Completion of service is when MATT’S MOBILE CAR DETAILING ADELAIDE advises the service is complete either via phone call, in person or in writing.

PAYMENT TERMS

(I) FULL PAYMENT FOR ALL OF THE COMPANY SERVICES MUST BE INIATIATED WITHIN 24  HOURS – (EITHER BUSINESS OR NON BUSINESS DAY) BY THE CUSTOMER UPON COMPLETION OF THE SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES INITIAL DEPOSIT PAYMENT. LATE PAYMENTS PAST 24 HOURS OF COMPLETION OF THE SERVICE INCUR A 10% +GST LATE PAYMENT FEE, PER DAY (24 HOURS) LATE OF PAYMENT. FOR EXAMPLE, 1 DAY LATE INCURS A 10%+GST LATE FEE, 2 DAYS LATE, INCURS A 20%+GST FEE.

(II) ALL BOOKINGS REQUIRE A 20% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT* UPON THE TIME OF BOOKING CONFIRMATION TO SECURE THE VEHICLE DETAILING APPOINTMENT TIME SLOT WITH MATT”S MOBILE CAR DETAILING ADELAIDE. THE REMAINING 80% IS TO BE PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE JOB COMPLETION AS PER (I). *BOOKING REFUNDS ARE PERMITTED IN SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES INCLUDING WHEN RESCHEDULING A SERVICE IS NOT POSSIBLE OR AGREED UPON, THERE ARE OPERATIONAL ISSUES NOT PERMITTING THE DELIVERY OF THE SERVICE FROM THE COMPANY, STAFF CIRCUSMTANCES OR ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCE WHICH THE COMPANY CANNOT PERFORM THE SERVICE.

As we are mobile detailing service, a service fee of $2 extra per kilometer will be applied for detailing services 30km or more from Adelaide CBD – postcode 5000.
All payments quoted on website are inclusive of GST unless specified.

MATT’S MOBILE CAR DETAILING ADELAIDE permits:

  • EFTPOS payments
  • Credit card and debit card payments
  • Direct debit payments
  • Cheque Payments
YOUR SERVICE CANCELLATION RIGHTS

You are entitled to cancel your Service within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling a Service is 30 days from the date on which You received the Services or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Services. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Service, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement
