PAYMENT, REFUND AND BOOKING POLICY
Last updated: 30 June 2026
These Payment Policy terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law. By booking or receiving Our Services You agree to comply with these terms. If You fail to do so, including failing to pay when due, You are liable for the late fees and any reasonable enforcement and recovery costs specified in this policy, and We may pursue debt recovery or legal proceedings to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this policy limits Your non excludable statutory rights or permits an unfair contract term. Legal references are cited at the end of this policy.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
Words with initial capital letters have the meanings set out below. The definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or in plural.

• We, Us, and Our have the same meaning as Company.
• Website means the website at https://mattsmobilecardetailingadelaide.com.au/
• Website Domain means the Website and all pages and URLs under that domain.
• Services means the mobile car detailing services that We provide.
• You and Your mean the individual or entity that uses the Service or purchases Services.

Payment Terms
Payment timing
• Full payment of the balance for all Services must be Initiated within 24 hours of Completion of Service.
• This requirement applies on business and non business days.
Late payment fees
• If payment is overdue, interest of 10% per annum (accruing daily) may be applied to the outstanding balance, plus GST if applicable.
• This interest reflects a reasonable estimate of administration time, scheduling disruption, and opportunity cost.
If payment is overdue, a late fee of 10% per full 24 hour period is applied to the overdue amount after the first 24 hours from Completion of Service, plus GST if applicable.
• Example: 1 day late results in a 10% late fee. 2 days late results in a 20% late fee. 3 days late results in a 30% late fee, and so on.
• Late fees represent a genuine pre estimate of loss arising from delayed payment, including administration time, scheduling disruption, and opportunity cost.
• Quality concerns will be reviewed at our discretion. Payment deadlines continue to apply unless we advise otherwise. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
